My friend TonyMy friend Tony, who lives in New York, is a great admirer of Mme de Pompadour. He has prepared a room dedicated to Mme de Pompadour and furnished it in Louis XV style. He owns a beautiful collection of portraits and prints about this subject. Moreover he is a collectior of dolls related to Mme de Pompadour. As well as the several dolls bought on the market, he has two exceptional dolls specially made: "Mme de Pompadour in Bellevue" and "Mme de Pompadour wearing the green dress" (taken from the portraits by François Boucher) "Mme de Pompadour wearing the green dress " is an increadible likeness. 60 cm tall Made in porcelain, part of the dress is genuine 18th century cloth.
