NOTES:
An engraved chest of drawers with neoclassical details from Lombardy (made in Maggiolini’s shop in 1790).
This piece of furniture has three drawers; the veneering and the engraving are made basically of walnut wood and other kinds of woods. The rich decorations on the front and on the sides show leaves and baskets of fruit carried by telamons and a central medallion.

The feet are in a truncated cone shape and are carried by turned elements. The typical frames of the period are created with acanthus leaves and other stylised vegetable details.
